New Delhi:
A 17-year-old Class 12 student allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from ceiling fan at her residence in the capital.
"Kiran was staying at her house in Sagarpura area of west Delhi. Her body was found by a neighbour, who informed the police on Friday night," said a senior police officer.
According to the police, Kiran's parent had gone to attend a marriage in Uttar Pradesh's Azamgarh district when she committed suicide. Police are yet to ascertain the reason why she killed herself.
