New Delhi: A 24-year-old wife of an army officer was found stabbed to death in her house in Delhi today, police said.
The victim, identified as Saujanya, had several deep wounds on her body and her throat had been slit.
Her husband Kishore discovered her body in a pool of blood at their home in Sarojini Nagar area of south Delhi when he returned home from work and informed police.
According to police, robbery was not a motive as nothing appeared missing. There were no signs of a forced entry into the house.
"The front door was bolted while the rear door was open," said a police officer.
