New Delhi: Four men were arrested on charge of allegedly gang-raping a young woman and a 17-year-old girl in outer Delhi, police said on Thursday.
Police is verifying documents to see if they are juvenile or not, a police officer connected with the probe told IANS.
The police did not reveal the names and age of the apprehended men.
"The four youth tried to whisk the women away, but when their male companions objected, the accused beat them up," the officer said.
The girls narrated the ordeal to their parents, after which a case was registered on the basis their statements.
