New Delhi:
The Delhi Police have seized 99 country-made pistols from an Ambassador car in Delhi's Sonia Vihar.
The .32 bore pistols, made in Munger in Bihar, which are popular with criminals, were hidden in a cavity behind one of the front headlights of the car, the police said.
Two men named Niranjan Mishra and Feroz Alam have been arrested. They belong to Munger.
The police seized the pistols in a special operation and said they were being transported to be distributed among gangs in and around the national capital region or NCR.
