The capital woke up to a sunny but cold morning today with the minimum temperature settling at 9.4 degrees Celsius, a notch above average for this time of the season. The Met office has forecast a clear day ahead.
"The skies will remain clear, there will be no rain during the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 21 degrees Celsius, added the IMD official.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m was 85 per cent.
Wednesday's maximum temperature a notch above average at 21.6 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was seven notches below average at 15.5 degrees Celsius.
