Air India To Operate Daily Flights Between Delhi And Surat

Delhi-Surat-Delhi Air India flight is highly popular among textile and diamond businessmen and provides seamless connectivity between two business cities, the airline said.

New Delhi: Air India will now operate a daily flight on the Delhi-Surat route from February 1 instead of four days a week to meet the growing demand, a statement from the airline has said.

Earlier, the government-run airline had curtailed the services to four flights per week from six per week.

The Delhi-Surat route is serviced by a 67-seater regional jet, CRJ.
The flight, AI 0607, departs from Delhi at 07.45 AM and arrives in Surat at 09.25 AM. The return flight, AI 0608, leaves Surat at 09.55 AM and lands in Delhi at 11.35 AM.

Delhi-Surat-Delhi Air India flight is highly popular among textile and diamond businessmen and provides seamless connectivity between two business cities, the airline said.

Besides, the flight also offers convenient connections to other international flights from/to Delhi, the statement added.
