Police investigating the case of an alleged stalker shooting at a woman and later tried killing himself.

A woman and her male friend, both working in a call centre, were shot at by a man who then tried to kill himself in South Delhi on Saturday night, police said.
The incident took place around 9.45 pm and all three were rushed to AIIMS, police said.
The victims identified as Kajal and Jatin Sarkar worked together at a call centre in Noida. They were talking outside a park in the area, when the 22-year-old accused, who is the son of a Central Industrial Security Force or CISF constable, walked up to them and allegedly got into an argument with them. During the squabble, the accused allegedly opened fired at the two with his father's licensed revolver, they said.
Police said that Mr Sarkar had gone to meet the woman along with his friend Alok who managed to escape and informed the police.
A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
Mr Sarkar and Kajal have sustained bullet injuries on their abdomen and chest respectively, while the accused shot himself in the head.
