Acceding to the plea, Magistrate Dagar said, "Accused Shamshad and Osman are sent to judicial custody till Monday."
The police told the court that the accused are to undergo Test Identification Parade (TIP) by the victim on Saturday and to rule out the chances of any allegation that they were shown to the victim by the police prior to their identification by her, they need to be kept in judicial custody.
The court also allowed the plea of Delhi Police to produce the third accused, Shahid alias 'Chhota Billi' before it on Monday. Shahid had surrendered earlier before a Faridabad court in a case involving slaughtering of a cow.
The offence of the rape had taken place on early hours of November 26 when the Mizo woman was abducted from her way back home.
She was walking towards her residence in Moti village near Dhaula Kuan in South Delhi along with one of her colleagues when the accused pounced upon her, put her in their vehicle and sped it off with her.
They allegedly took turns to rape her in the moving vehicle and later dumped her near Mongolpuri in West Delhi.
