It was a chilly Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 10.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal.
The Meteorological Office also forecast light rain accompanied by a thunderstorm.
"There was mist and shallow fog in the morning. Light rain with thunderstorm may occur from early morning onwards," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 19 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 per cent.
Friday was the season's coldest day with the minimum temperature recorded at 5.1 degrees Celsius, three notches below the normal. The maximum temperature was 22.3 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average.
