Delhi: Delhiites woke up to yet another chilly morning on Monday with the minimum temperature settling five notches below average at 3.4 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a clear and sunny day ahead.
"A clear day lies ahead for Delhi with a cold evening," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 21 and four degrees Celsius. Humidity stood at 93 per cent.
According to IMD, the coldest day of the season so far has been Dec 25 when the minimum temperature dropped to 2.9 degrees -- five notches below average.
