New Delhi: A 17-year-old class 12 girl hanged herself from a ceiling fan at her house in Delhi, police said on Monday.
Pragati Bharti was found hanging around 7.15 pm on Sunday by her parents in their house in north Delhi's Narela area.
Bharti, who was studying in Class 12 in a 'Gurukul' in Madhya Pradesh, had come to Delhi two months ago for a summer vacation.
The reason behind her step is yet to be ascertained as no suicide note was recovered from the spot, said the official.
