Mercury climbed a few notches in the national capital today with the minimum temperature settling at 11 degrees Celsius, even as fog resulted in cancellation of 45 trains.
"The minimum temperature at 8:30 am was 11 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal. The humidity was 97 per cent," a MeT official said.
Visibility at 8.30 AM was recorded at 300 metres. Foggy conditions resulted in delay of 15 Delhi-bound trains and cancellation of 45 trains while flight operations were reported to be normal.

Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 23.6 degrees Celsius and 9 degrees Celsius, respectively.
