It was a clear morning today in New Delhi with the minimum temperature recorded at 23.8 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.

According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 am was 66 per cent.
Tuesday's maximum temperature settled at 32.3 degrees Celsius, normal for the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 18.5 degrees Celsius, a notch above the average for this time of the season.
