It was a partly cloudy this morning in Delhi with the minimum temperature recorded at 25 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.
"Rains and thunderstorm is likely to occur in some areas towards morning/evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
According to the Met office, the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 am was 49 per cent, the official said.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled at 35.4 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.0 degrees Celsius.
