The city woke up to an overcast sky and humid conditions with the minimum temperature at 26.8 degrees Celsius.

"The Safdarjung observatory recorded 4.8 mm rain since yesterday. The maximum temperature is likely to be around 33 degrees Celsius," an official said. Humidity was 86 per cent at 8.30 AM.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 35.8 and 28.6 degrees Celsius, both a notch above normal.
