Sunday to be Cloudy in Delhi, Says Weather Department

New Delhi: The national capital experienced a partly cloudy today with the maximum temperature settling a notch above the season's average at 38.1 degrees Celsius. Similar weather is expected tomorrow, the Metrological office said.

"The sky will remain partly cloudy tomorrow (Sunday) and the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 38 and 27 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

Today morning was sunny and the minimum temperature settled at 27 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.

The day's maximum humidity was recorded at 71 per cent.

Yesterday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average, while the minimum was 24 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average.
