It was a cold, misty Friday morning in the national capital with a minimum temperature of 10.3 degrees celsius, normal for this time of the season.
"The sky will be mainly clear today (Friday) and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 28 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Humidity at 8.30 am was 88 per cent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was 29.7 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average, while the minimum was 9.1 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
