Twenty-one coronavirus hotspots in Delhi - including the famous Sadar Bazar, residential areas, apartment complexes - have been identified in the battle to contain coronavirus. These spots have been sealed and nobody will be allowed to enter or exit from these areas, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday. He also assured that the government will ensure delivery of essential items in these areas. The government also made face masks compulsory for people stepping out of their homes in the national capital, where over 660 cases of coronavirus or COVID019 have been reported so far. The figure includes nine people who died and 21 who recovered.
The 21 coronavirus hotspots in Delhi are:
- Entire affected street near Gandhi Park, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi
- Entire affected street of Gali number 6 , L 1 Sangam Vihar, New Delhi
- Shahajahanabad society, plot number 1, Sector 11, Dwarka.
- Dinpur Village
- Markaz Masjid and Nizamuddin Basti
- Nizamuddin West (G and D block) areas
- B Block Jhangirpuri.
- House number 141 to house number 180, Gali number 14, Kalyanpuri Delhi
- Mansara Apartments , Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi
- Three Galis of Khichirpur including Gali containing house number 5/387 Khichirpur, Delhi
- Gali number 9, Pandav Nagar , Delhi 110092
