New Delhi:
A fire broke out in Old Delhi's congested Chandni Chowk area on Sunday in which four shops were gutted, a fire department official said.
Delhi Fire Service received a call at 6:10 pm about the blaze.
"Nine fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the flames were soon doused. However, four shops, two of which were of lehenga-chunni, while two others of blankets, were gutted in the flames," a fire department offical said.
No one was injured in the incident, he added.
