New Delhi:
A man was arrested today for allegedly raping a four-year-old girl when she was alone at her house in Pashchim Vihar in West Delhi, the police said.
According to the police, Hiral Lal, 24, who worked as a labourer and lived in the vicinity where the girl stayed, barged into her house and raped her. The incident took place on Friday night.
Lal was arrested from his house after medical examination of the victim confirmed rape.
The girl, the police said, had been admitted to Sanjay Gandhi hospital.
