Delhiites today woke up to a bright sunny morning with the minimum temperature settling at 24 degree Celsius, two notches below the normal.
However, as the day progresses the temperature is expecting to soar as the MET department has predicted it to touch 40 degree Celsius. Humidity recorded this morning was 53 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted mainly clear sky for the day.
