New Delhi: Noted criminal Ashok Yadav, accused in two murder and 13 abduction cases, fled from police custody on Sunday.
Yadav, who was undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi, escaped from the custody, police said.
Ghaziabad SSP Raghubir Lal has taken strong action against the four policemen responsible for Yadav's custody and has filed cases against them.
Lal has also declared a reward of Rs 5000 on Yadav.
