• Some people from fringe groups could have disturbed law and order at Kerala Bhavan. Could not ignore the call for the sake of law and order.
• The call created a reasonable apprehension that it could lead to a law & order situation.
• My priority is to ensure that the law of the land is preserved in Delhi.
