Delhi records 4,402 dengue cases this year

New Delhi: The number of patients testing positive for dengue virus in the national capital touched 4,402 today, said a municipal health official.

There have been six deaths so far to dengue in Delhi this year.

4,354 cases were reported from Delhi alone, while the remaining are from adjoining states.

The city's north corporation has had the highest number of dengue cases, at 1,876. The south and east corporations have recorded 1,298 and 1,061 cases respectively.
