New Delhi:
Two incidents of fire was today reported in the national capital in which two persons were injured, fire department official said.
In the first incident, the fire began after an explosion at a petrol pump in Vasant Kunj area of South Delhi at around 3.30 PM.
The fire department received a call at 3:30 PM following which three fire tenders were rushed to the spot, which took half an hour to douse the flames.
According to officials, two persons sustained minor injuries
In the second incident, a minor fire broke out in the second floor of a multi-storey office building in Pusa road area of Central Delhi, but no one was injured.
The fire department received a call at around 3:40 PM following which the eight tenders were were sent to contain the fire.
Fire fighters took 45 minutes to put out the fire.
However no casualties or injuries were reported in the incident, fire officials said.
