Election to the Delhi University Student Union (DUSU) and central council will be held September 13, the university announced on Monday.
The last date for receiving of the nomination papers is September 4.
DU registrar Alka Sharma said the nomination papers for the DUSU posts would be available from the DU website while for the central council could be obtained from the colleges and the departments concerned.
"The dates for the counting of votes and declaration of the result would be announced later," she added.
On Saturday, the varsity appointed the chief election commissioner and returning officer for the free and fair conduct of elections.
