Delhi is likely to experience light rainfall with thundershowers in some parts of the city as the weather conditions set-up a cloudy Sunday morning in the capital region.
The minimum temperature in the morning was recorded at 28.1 degree Celsius, a notch above the season's average. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD or Met) forecasts the maximum temperature to hover around 37.5 degree Celsius.
Humidity levels at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 77 per cent.
According to the Met department, India received above average rainfall in the last seven days with monsoon gaining strength. However, Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded three notches above the season's average at 37.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was a notch above the season's average at 27.6 degrees Celsius.
