New Delhi: The weatherman has predicted a clear day ahead.
"The sky will be mainly clear and the maximum temperature is likely to settle at 24 degrees Celsius," the official said.
Yesterday, the mercury had settled at 24.3 degrees Celsius, one notch above the normal while the minimum was recorded at 9.3 degrees Celsius.
The national capital experienced a pleasant morning today with minimum temperature settling at 8.3 degrees Celsius.
"The minimum temperature was 8.3 degrees Celsius and the humidity was around 86 per cent," a Meteorological Department official said.
The visibility recorded at 8.30 am was 1,000 metres. According to a Northern Railway official, 7 north-bound trains were running behind their schedule due to shallow fog in morning hours.
