New Delhi: A 25-year-old woman was killed while trying to save her mother from coming under a speeding train at the Jamaiya railway station in New Delhi, police said today.
Janki Devi was killed yesterday while trying to save her mother Lalmuni Devi from a speeding Delhi-Patna special train, police said.
Lalmuni was crossing the tracks to catch another train when the accident took place, police said, adding that she has been admitted to a hospital.
