New Delhi: A woman and her four-year-old son died of suffocation in a factory fire in New Delhi early on Friday, an official said.
The fire broke out on the ground and first floor of a garment factory in east Delhi at 5 am.
"Five fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The fire was extinguished in 20 minutes but the smoke was very dense," said a fire official.
Another worker Sharar, 26, suffered injuries.
