New Delhi: A 33-year-old builder allegedly committed suicide today by shooting himself with his licensed pistol at his home in Tilak Nagar in west Delhi, police said.
Rajesh Arora shot himself with his revolver. His mother came after hearing the gun shot and found him lying in a pool of blood.
He was rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhayay Hospital where he succumbed to injuries during treatment.
According to preliminary investigation, Arora was living without his wife for many years and was in continuous depression after the separation.
