An explosion took place in a Hyundai Accent car in south Delhi due to overheating of the radiator, police said on Monday.
The incident took place at Safdurjung Enclave at around 10 pm, police said. Forensic teams and bomb disposal squads were immediately rushed to the spot, the police added.
"Due to overheating in the radiator, there was an explosion in the car. It is not a serious matter," a senior police official said.
No one was injured in the incident, he said.
