Delhi:
A 32-year-old man in Delhi was allegedly beaten to death by four persons of a family including a woman and a teenager just because he had gone to answer nature's call near their house.
The incident took place on Sunday night in Nihal Vihar area of West Delhi. According to police, the deceased Akhilesh, a resident of Ambica Vihar, was urinating near the wall of his neighbour Ram Khiladi. When Khiladi saw Akhilesh, he scolded him and the duo had an argument.
The argument however escalated into fight. Police said that Akhilesh's wife Anita alleged that Khiladi's wife Ramwati and their two children joined him in the fight and beat her husband to death. "At around 10:30 pm, police were informed about the incident. Akhilesh was unconscious and rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead," a police official said.
"We have registered a case of culpable homicide and not amounting to murder in this regard. Charges have been framed against a 15-year-old boy too," said DCP (West) V Ranganathan.
