New Delhi:
A fire broke out at a three-storey factory producing plastic bags at Naresh Park area in outer Delhi's Nangloi this morning. No casualties were reported, fire department officer said.
A call about the fire was received at 3:55 am and immediately 25 fire trucks were rushed to the spot, they said.
The fire was doused by 8:50 am. However, two fire trucks were still on the spot to carry out the cooling process, a senior officer said.
Police suspect a short circuit may be behind the fire and an investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause.
