New Delhi: Delhiites woke up to a foggy Friday morning with a slight chill in the air. The minimum temperature settled a notch above the season's average at 15.9 degrees Celsius.
"A fog cover enveloped the capital on Friday morning. However, as the day progresses the skies would be clear and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 29 degrees Celsius," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was a notch above average at 28.8 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature dipped a notch below average for this time of the season at 15.3 degrees Celsius.
