While no flight operations were affected, 10 Delhi-bound trains were reported to be running late due to fog while 71 trains were cancelled.

Delhiites today woke up to a foggy morning with the minimum temperature settling at 8.5 degrees Celsius even as Northern Railways cancelled 71 trains and the services of 10-Delhi bound trains was disrupted due to low visibility.
"It was a relatively clear morning except moderate fog in few areas. Visibility was 1000 metres at 5.30 AM which dropped to 600 meters at 8.30 AM," said a MeT department official.
While no flight operations were affected, 10 Delhi-bound trains were reported to be running late due to fog while 71 trains were cancelled.
"Owing to the fog, 71 trains have been cancelled while ten Delhi bound trains including Rajdhanis coming from Howrah, Sealdah, Bhubaneswar are running late. Purushottam Express and Howrah Duronto Express are running behind the schedule due to the bad weather," said a Northern Railway official.
Humidity was recorded 95 per cent at 8.30 AM.
The weatherman has predicted a clear day ahead.
"The skies will be mainly clear. The maximum temperature is likely to hover at 25 degrees Celsius," the official added.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 25.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 8.5 degrees Celsius.
