Four men were arrested on Thursday for gang-raping a Rwandan national in Delhi earlier this week, police said.
The four, identified as Deepak, Ashok, Vikas and Pravin, were arrested from Timarpur area of north Delhi where the 24-year-old victim was raped on Monday, a senior police officer said.
