All four, who were involved in alleged smuggling of three kilograms of gold valuing over Rs 78 lakh, have been arrested, a customs official said.
Acting on a tip-off, the customs officials had on Wednesday intercepted Dilare Singh and Jitender Singh on their arrival in Delhi from Bangkok.
"On detailed examination of their baggage and personal search, two kilograms of gold bars were found being concealed in two TV stands provided with 32 inches Samsung LED TVs," a press release issued today by the customs said.
The duo, who live in Shastri Nagar area of the national capital, were arrested and the recovered gold was seized.
On the basis of duo's interrogation, another person Pramod Saini, who was waiting to receive them, was also arrested, it said.
