New Delhi:
In an apparent case of road rage, two bike-borne youths fired gunshots during a heated exchange of argument with a gym trainer on the Shastri Nagar main road in north Delhi on Tuesday evening, police said.
They said Ajay, a gym-trainer from Kirti Nagar, was going with his friend in a car on main road in Shastri Nagar when the car was stuck on the road resulting in a jam around 5 PM.
Meanwhile, two men on motorbike came from behind and argued with Ajay. During the heated exchange, one of the bikers whipped out and fired allegedly aiming at Ajay who escaped and the bullet hit the car bonnet.
However, police said the shot was fired in the air to scare the car occupants.
