New Delhi: A day ahead of counting for the Delhi Assembly polls, BJP's chief ministerial nominee Kiran Bedi today invoked 'karma' and said that she was not nervous about the results as that is not in her hands.
"I have given it my all. In the past 17 days, whatever time I got and was given is God's will. For any exam, when I've given my best then I get a sound sleep. The result is not in my hand, but karma is," the former IPS officer told reporters.
"Working hard and giving my best shot is part of my character. I am not going to be nervous. If I were a coward, I wouldn't have joined IPS," she said.
With the exit polls predicting a comfortable majority for AAP in the 70-member House, Dr Bedi had said that whether BJP loses or wins, she will take responsibility for it.
"I am a person who always takes responsibility. This is my habit. Not from only today. Responsibility is mine..." she had said yesterday.
