Delhiites woke up to a humid and overcast morning today with the weatherman predicting rains and thundershowers in some parts of the city later in the day.
According to the Met department, humidity levels were recorded between 58 per cent and 74 per cent in the morning. However, the Met department has predicted rains and thundershowers later in the day in some parts of the city.
"We are expecting rains in some parts of Delhi today," said a Met official.
Today, the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.9 degree Celsius, two notches above normal, and the maximum temperature is expected to settle around 35 degrees.
The maximum temperature had yesterday settled at 37.4 degree Celsius, three notches above normal, while the minimum stood at 27.9 degrees, which was one point above normal for this part of the season.
