The capital woke to overcast skies and light rain on Wednesday morning, a day after Delhi saw intermittent rain in parts of the city. The Met office has forecast more rain later in the day.
According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature hovered around 26.1 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of year.
"The sky will remain cloudy. Spells of rain or thundershowers are expected in some areas later in the day," an IMD official said.
The maximum temperature will hover around 33 degrees Celsius.
"There were traces of rainfall, too small to be measured, up to 8.30 a.m. today (Wednesday)," the official said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 87 percent.
Since the monsoon's arrival in June, Delhi has got 515.6 mm of rain, 29 percent more than average.
Tuesday's minimum temperature settled at 27.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was normal at 33.6 degrees Celsius.
