Around 400 godowns and residential buildings in Sadar Bazar area suffered damages on Friday morning when a major fire broke out in a market area in north Delhi, fire brigade officials said.
No one was injured in the blaze that was reported at 1:07 am.
Twenty-five fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire, which managed to bring it under control by 3 am.
"Around 350-400 residential buildings and godowns were damaged in the fire," the officials said.
