Health secretary CK Mishra on Tuesday inaugurated the mental health awareness and stress management camp organised by the mental health division of the Health Ministry.
According to the Ministry, the camp had various stations manned by medical staff for providing promotive, preventive and counselling services on mental health issues.
Self assessment forms with standardised questionnaires were made also available for evaluation of level of stress, tobacco addiction, alcohol use and other common mental health problems.
The camp also had a yoga station and yoga demonstration where a team gave yoga and naturopathy advice to public on managing stress and other mental health issues.
