A minor fire broke in the Delhi Police Headquarters building in central Delhi at around 9 am today. No one was injured in the incident.
The fire was on the 11th floor of the building which houses the Public Works Department or PWD office.
Fire engines were rushed to the spot and the flames was dowsed before it spread further.
The PWD office however has suffered considerable damage.
Officials have said that the fire occurred from a short circuit in the office store room.
