New Delhi: A minor fire that broke out on the seventh floor of Shastri Bhavan, a key government building in Delhi, at 9.40 this morning has been put out. No casualties have been reported so far.
Eight fire engines were rushed to the spot that helped put out the fire.
"We are yet to ascertain the reason behind the fire. No casualties have been reported so far," a fire service official told IANS. The official added that the floor has been evacuated.
Meanwhile, forensic experts have been called in to investigate whether the fire was deliberately started.
