Delhi: A mock drill was conducted at a shopping mall in south Delhi ahead of the Republic Day to check the preparedness of security forces in case of a terror strike.
A mock bomb was exploded at DLF Promenade mall in Vasant Kunj at around 11:30 AM as part of the exercise, a senior official said.
Police and fire department officials along with other agencies participated in the exercise conducted by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).
