A humid and overcast Friday morning in Delhi is expected to give way to more rains, predicts the weather department.
"The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal for this time of the year. The humidity level as 73 per cent," a Meteorological Department official said.
Light rains are predicted towards the afternoon, said the official.
"Light rain or thundershower can occur in several areas. Humidity levels are expected to be high," the official said.
The maximum temperatures is likely to settle at 35 degrees Celsius.
Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 27.7 degrees Celsius and 34.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
