New Delhi: One person has been arrested for allegedly molesting a Nigerian woman on a moving autorickshaw late night on Friday in Delhi, the police said.

While the driver Aagya Pal Singh, 45 has been caught, the co-accused in the case, his brother Baljeet Singh, is still absconding. Both are residents of west Delhi's Tilak Nagar area.

The incident took place when the woman was headed to a friend's place in Shahpura. She hired one of two autorickshaws which she saw parked on the road. As she entered the vehicle, the driver of the second autorickshaw forced himself in. The woman was then allegedly molested on the way, the police said.

She tried but couldn't jump off the moving vehicle and was later dumped on the road by the two men, the woman has alleged in her complaint.

The injured woman was rushed to the DDU Hospital after she called the police.
