New Delhi:
A five-year-old girl student was allegedly molested by a physical education teacher, himself a minor, in New Delhi, said police on Friday adding that the accused has been detained.
The girl, who is a nursery student in a private school, was molested on Thursday by the 17-and-half-year-old teacher in the school's toilet in east Delhi's Karawal Nagar, police said.
The victim's family registered a complaint on Friday morning after which the accused was taken into custody.
A case regarding the incident has been registered against the accused and he has been sent to a juvenile justice home.
